How we got here 

Back in 1990, I arrived in Lincoln and began renting condominiums and townhomes for the Village of Loon and then Loon Reservation Service. This gave me an in-depth view of which resorts rent well and why. Since I've switched to the sales end of real estate, I am able to continue to put that information to good use, and add to it by my good relations with the other rental property managers. My father, Lutz, and mother, Val, moved here full-time a few years later.

Why we stayed 

Of course, the Loon area is geared towards vacation and second home owners, and we love working with you all. But we also enjoy helping a primary home-buyer find a spot to live in the western White Mountains area full-time, just like we did. What a feeling to drive through a postcard every day!

What things we do for fun

The mountains of Loon and Cannon are a little smaller than the ones in my native Germany, but I still enjoy the skiing and nature opportunities, like hiking along the Pemigewasset River with my husband and dogs. Lutz and Val enjoy driving through the countryside with their boxers.
