I have been living in Lincoln since 1990, and have concentrated most of my efforts on the condominium and townhouse market. For the first several years, I worked in an off-site vacation rental agency, allowing me to get a feel for which would be the best investment, as well as learning how to determine your needs in this market. During that time I bought my own home as well, and have come to understand the different factors affecting each type of purchase.
